REAct means Rights Evidence collection and take Action. In the REAct system, the community groups were formed at both locally and nationally to watch and respond the human rights violations faced by young key populations. The evidences were collected by face-to-face interview using the REAct tool and recorded through online based MARTUS software. The REAct model was applied in coming human rights and advocacy projects.
