Transgender are discriminated at job setting

This is a real story of a member of the MSM community. He lives like a man during daytime and dresses up like a woman at night. He applied for a telephone salesperson job and passed some stages of the interview process. When he reached his last interview, he was told that he could not be hired as he is very feminine, even though he has experience of working as a salesperson with another telephone company in the past. After that incident, he is very afraid of applying for jobs with his CV, and he relies on selling things and working as a beautician.
