Harm Reduction Program

Alliance Myanmar is working with SARA to provide the Harm Reduction services to the drug users who live in Kachin State. Kachin State is strategically important to provide services since the incidence of HIV among drug users are drastically increasing; which needs to be controlled by Harm Reduction Services.
